If you sign up for an organisation site with less than 5 users, you do not require a credit card to sign up for the 30-day free trial. Toward the end of your 30-day free trial, we will send you an email with information on how to add your payment details. If you do not add your payment details, your site will be converted to an individual account with only 3 users. The remaining users will still be able to log in and access all site functions. We will only start billing you after your 30-day free trial, or if you add more than 5 users within your free trial period.

If you're an individual, your site is completely free for you and 2 other users for 3 months! You and your other two members will have access to all of expertential’s site functionality with a total of 125 MB of data usage AND 125 MB of storage, plenty to keep your small team accessing and applying expertise with expertential!

Your site payment plan is based on download limits.

Individual sites are free for up to 3 users, as long as your monthly data usage does not exceed 125 MB and your monthly storage does not exceed 125 MB. If your monthly bandwidth usage exceeds 125 MB of data usage or 125 MB of storage, you will be notified. An additional 500 MB of data usage and 500 MB of storage can be purchased for only AUD$20 per month. If your site requires more, you can purchase another 500 MB of data usage and 500 MB of storage for an additional AUD$20 per month.

Organisation sites receive a 30-day free trial for up to 5 users. The 30-day free trial includes 500 MB of data usage. Once the 30-day free trial is completed, or if your site has more than 5 users, each paid Organisation site receives 250 MB of data usage per user and 250 MB of storage. Therefore, if your site has 20 users, your site will have a total of 5 GB of data storage. This is twice as much data usage and storage as what high-power users require.

We offer monthly or annual payment plans, simply select your preference when you add your payment details after your free trial. Billing frequency can be changed at any time from your site.

Our prices are listed in AUD. Currency will be converted automatically upon payment.

That's easily done! If you increase the number of paid user subscriptions part way through a billing cycle, you will be charged an additional subscription fee depending on your payment plan. When your next billing cycle rolls around, you will be charged based on the current number of active users on your site.

Sites will be notified when they have used 90% of their allotted monthly bandwidth limit. Once you surpass your monthly bandwidth, you will only have access to view your Dashboard.

Each individual site will receive 125 MB of data usage and 125 MB of storage. An additional 500 MB of data usage and an additional 500 MB of storage can be purchased for AUD$20 per month. This will give your site a total of 625 MB of data usage AND 625 MB of storage. If your site requires more, an additional 500 MB of data usage and an additional 500 MB of storage can be purchased for an additional AUD$20 per month, totaling to 1.125 GB of data usage and 1.125 GB of storage.
